July 19th Updates

Updates:

- Added tooltips to buttons of cornfields, incubators, auto-incubators, fertilizers, compost-spinners, and anaerobic-digesters.

- Play an audio when the corn is running low, manure storage is almost full, a chicken starved to death or was infected.

- Added a mute/unmute button.
